Dosage & Duration

Total dosage: 4 tablets per day

Is delayed cycle normal?

NO. A healthy cycle gap is of 28 days. Any delay beyond this needs to be corrected.

For how long should I consume it?

In mild to moderate cases, consume it for 90 days & in moderate to severe cases, consume it for 180 days.

Does it have side effects?

No. It is made of 100% Ayurvedic herbs & don’t have any side effects.

When can I stop taking these tablets?

Consume for minimum 6 months for best results. Once you get 3 consecutive cycle within a gap of 28 to 35 days, you can stop it.

After taking these tablets, I got cycle in one month. Should I discontinue?

Don’t discontinue till you experience normal cycle for minimum 3 months.

Can I take this along with other medicines?

Yes, you can take it with other Saumayveda medicines or with other allopathy medicines except for 21 days hormonal contraceptive pills.

Can I take it during cycle?

As a precautionary measure, we do not recommend taking it during cycle or when you are spotting. Please restart once bleeding is over.

Will it regulate my cycle forever?

Yes. If consumed as per the prescribed dosage and timelines, it provides long-lasting benefits.
